06/17/2025 Toshiba Corporation has integrated Toshiba Infrastructure Systems & Solutions into its organisation, thereby becoming shareholder in Toshiba Railway Europe. The integration of the former Group company is part of Toshiba Corporation’s medium-term business plan, “Toshiba’s Revitalization Plan”, which was published on 16 May 2025. The plan aims to create an organisation that optimises cooperation between business units and the head office, thereby simplifying and improving the efficiency of business processes.
