Toshiba has always been committed to the development of the society through new technologies, many of which focus on areas within critical infrastructure, and in particular railway systems. The railway sector is one in which Toshiba boasts over 120 years of experience worldwide.

In the last decade hybrid propulsion systems for rolling stock applications have moved to the forefront of Toshiba’s railway business. To anchor these globally market-leading technologies within the European market, Toshiba Railway Europe GmbH was founded in April 2018.

With our steadily growing diverse team we develop environmentally-friendly mobility solutions such as hybrid locomotives. Our products enable our customers to both improve their performance and their climate goals.

We like to keep our processes lean and fast. Applicants usually have two interviews. The first one is to get to know each other, while the second focuses more on professional experience and potential. After successful discussions, we will get in touch quickly to arrange the contract.
